Mike is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants (FCMA) with more than 20 years of senior board experience within the utility sector including significant international experience.
Mike was previously Group CFO of Renewable Energy Systems (RES) the world’s largest independent renewable energy company with over 16 GW project portfolio and the expertise to develop, engineer, construct, finance, and operate projects around the globe and prior to that Group Finance Director of Biwater Plc, an international water utility and construction group.
